Last date for submission of abstract for IC/Free paper/video CD – June,30th, 2019.
Last date for intimation of acceptance – July, 15th, 2019.
Last date for submission of accepted paper manuscript/IC topics with speakers- July,31st, 2019.

1. For all competitive presentations the presenting author should be a ratified member of APOS and a member in waiting for PG competitive session.
2. For Instruction courses the chief author should be a ratified APOS member.
3. For all non-competitive sessions one of the co-author should be a ratified APOS member.
4. The PG paper submitted for competitive session will be considered non-competitive PG free paper session if not accepted.
5. Video submitted for competition will be considered for film festival selected.
